Social Media History

Social media are digital places for publication and online interaction. Using social media users can join or form communities quickly and communicate effectively. While traditional media was more about "broadcasting" or distributing content to an audience, social media is seen as a two way-conversation. As the name suggests the social dimension is key and being "connected" and checking social media sites is part of our daily routine.
